Senior Operations Advisor and Chairman of the Board
CEO and Principal
Stephanie Harris is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Turnaround Solutions for Senior Housing. With her onsite consulting efforts, she has developed proven methods by working in the trenches directly with leasing counselors, seniors, and their families.
Through her intensive, one-on-one relationship building efforts with buyers and consumers of long-term care services, her company has been able to transform low-performing communities with 60-70 percent occupancy to 100 percent in a matter of months with a closing ratio of 50-60 percent among the property’s sales counselors.
Harris is the author of Turning Leads Into Move-Ins, a digital step-by-step training guide for senior housing sales and marketing efforts. She is an active member of several industry-related organizations and is a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences.
Harris earned a Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law, earning honors in Client Counseling and Employee Compensation and Benefits Planning. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. Prior to working in senior housing, Harris spent several years with numerous congressional and statewide campaigns and worked on Capitol Hill as a policy advisor. She is an honors graduate of political science at American University. Harris was selected as the St. Louis Business Journal's Top 30 Under 30 for her business achievements.
Chief Operating Officer
Amanda Tweten joined Turnaround Solutions in 2007 as Director of Marketing and Outreach and was later named Chief Operating Officer.
Tweten is known as chief recruiter and team builder for the company. She is responsible for day-to-day operations and is committed to driving teams to success. Tweten has led the financial and business operations of the company for the past five years. She is a licensed Missouri Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
Prior to joining Turnaround Solutions, Tweten specialized in healthcare marketing and print media in Missouri. She spent nearly a decade with the Springfield News-Leader, St. John's Health Center in Joplin, the Joplin Globe and her hometown newspaper and radio station in Nevada, MO.She is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, where she studied Communications and Political Science.
Regional Director of Operations
Virginia Winfrey is Arrow Senior Living's Regional Director of Operations, working with residents and team members to provide personal care that promotes well-being and independence.
Before joining the Arrow team, Virginia had retired from the senior living industry after 20 years of management experience. At the time of her retirement, she worked as Regional Director of Operations for AmeriCare. During her years in the industry, she worked with major care providers, including HCR ManorCare, and also obtained her nursing home administrator's license.
She made the decision to leave retirement and join Arrow Senior Living after learning of the company's commitment to exceptional care. She sees the focus on wellness instead of illness as the future of the senior living industry. "It's what we all want as seniors," she says.
Regional Sales Director
Michael Neese as regional sales director, is responsible for sales management for multiple sites, maintenance of client relations, and is a key member of Turnaround Solutions’ due diligence team. Neese spends a significant amount of time onsite working directly with teams on sales, as well as assisting in the close of prospects. Through hard work and a positive attitude, he motivates individuals to embrace new methods of selling and to accelerate performance.
Neese joined Turnaround Solutions in the summer of 2008 to coordinate call center operations for over 2,500 units. Neese oversaw a highly successful one-year project management engagement in northern Los Angeles County where he was able to grow net operating income by over $150,000 a month.
Neese is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America’s Marketing Roundtable. He is currently a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elk’s civic organization. He has served as a member of their Veterans Board, as well as on their Sickness and Distressed panel.
Michael Neese was a member of the United States Army, earning the rank of Corporal. He is a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Social Work.
Humberto Barraza is responsible for the planning, implementation and general oversight of our culinary departments. His all-day dining program has proven an outstanding asset that surpasses our competitors in every way.
Before joining our team, Barraza was a food services regional director for nine properties in the southwest for a senior living operator. Prior to his involvement in the senior living field, he worked in some of the Southwest’s top hotels, gaining valuable customer service skills and honing his culinary technique.
Regional Plant Operations Director
Rick Sackman is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. In addition, as an expert in renovation, he oversees community renovations, and provides direct assistance with new developments. He is key in Turnaround providing a turnkey solution for properties to reposition the marketing, sales, programming, operations and physical plant.
Sackman joined Arrow in 2010. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1994. He holds a degree in HVAC from Vatterott College and a Universal EPA License since 1996. Rick brings nearly 20 years of residential property management facility service experience.
Quality Assurance Regional Director
Judy Nobles is responsible for assuring that optimal standards are held for all aspects of the business – from community to corporate level.
Nobles has been a certified nurse’s aide for several years, eventually working directly with Arrow Senior Living Management. She quickly proved herself an invaluable member of the team and was promoted to care coordinator, where she was responsible for ensuring the needs of all residents were met.
In addition to her CNA license, she has undergone extensive training in dementia care directly from the Alzheimer’s Association. In 2011, she was nominated for an Ombudsman long-term care provider award in St. Louis.
Linda Niemeier, as business director, is responsible for payroll, benefits, and general human resources management for the company.
Niemeier joined Arrow Senior Living Community as a care partner. She received additional training and earned her CMA license, as well as receiving dementia care training from the Alzheimer's Association. As her time with the company progressed, her talents proved multi-faceted, and she eventually stepped into the role of lead receptionist for the same community.
